New Condo in Downtown Tacoma: 428 St. Helens Ave

I’ve listed some really cool condos in Tacoma recently, and this one is no exception! Two things that really stand out about 428 St. Helens are the location, and the parking. This home has a stellar Walkscore (rating 93 out of 100!) and it’s no surprise — there are a ton of great restaurants, bars and shops in the surrounding blocks. Second item worth noting is the parking. (It’s the little things, really). There are only two stairs up from the garage, so that’s a bonus too!
