10 Commandments of Buying a Home: Marguerite & Anne Talk Tacoma Real Estate

If you are a first time buyer (or haven’t purchased in a while) you may be surprised by all of the things that can derail your efforts to obtain a home loan. In this week’s video, Marguerite and I discuss some of the more common surprises, in hopes that you can avoid them altogether.

The most important thing to remember is this: find a great loan officer well in advance of when you hope to purchase. Talk through some scenarios with them so they can alert you to any potential red flags. If you don’t have a good loan officer, you can ask your agent for a referral (or feel free to contact either of us!)
